Terms of Service
Last updated June 1, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the OrthoFlow website and the booking of clinical services. By using the site or booking an appointment, you agree to them. Clinical care itself is governed by the consent process completed at your first visit.
2. Website content is not medical advice
Articles, condition guides and treatment descriptions on this site are general education. They are not a diagnosis, and they cannot account for your individual circumstances. Always seek an in-person assessment before acting on health information, and seek emergency care for red-flag symptoms.
3. Appointments and cancellations
Booking requests are confirmed by our team before they are binding. We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the session rate, waived for genuine emergencies.
4. Fees and insurance
Current fees are published in our Fee Schedule (see Mandatory Disclosures). Where direct billing is available, you remain responsible for any portion your insurer declines. Fee changes are announced 30 days in advance.
5. Intellectual property
All site content — text, imagery, illustrations and the OrthoFlow brand — is owned by or licensed to OrthoFlow Physiotherapy & Spine Institute and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
6. Liability
We maintain professional indemnity insurance and deliver care to the standards of our regulatory colleges. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from website unavailability or from reliance on general website content in place of individual clinical advice.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
