1. What we collect

We collect information you provide when booking or receiving care: contact details, date of birth, health history, referral documents and clinical notes created during treatment. Our website collects limited technical data (device type, pages visited) to improve the experience.

We collect only what is necessary to deliver safe, effective care and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations as a regulated health provider.

2. How your information is used

Your health information is used exclusively for your care: assessment, treatment planning, progress tracking and communication with providers you authorise (such as your physician or insurer).

Contact details may be used for appointment reminders and, only with your explicit opt-in, our monthly newsletter. We never sell or rent personal information to third parties.

3. Storage and security

Clinical records are stored in an encrypted, access-controlled practice management system hosted in Canada. Access is limited to your treating clinicians and authorised administrative staff, each bound by confidentiality agreements and professional obligations.

Records are retained for the period required by provincial health regulations, after which they are securely destroyed.

4. Your rights

You may request access to your records, request corrections, withdraw consent for non-essential communications, and ask how your information has been shared. Submit requests to privacy@orthoflow.clinic — we respond within 30 days.

5. Cookies & analytics

Our website uses only essential cookies and privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics. We do not use advertising trackers or share browsing data with ad networks.

6. Contact
